Windsor has been named one of the top 15 most affordable communities in Canada. While keeping taxes low and affordability top of mind, I delivered the largest capital budget in Windsor's history without compromising sustained investments in the infrastructure, amenities, services and experiences Windsorites deserve.
The next four years will be about finding additional efficiencies, disciplined budgeting, protecting affordability, keeping development costs competitive, and giving families true value every way we can. People are being squeezed. I understand that, I want to help, and I will not make it worse.
